Kana Arreguin

Kana Arreguin (pronounced Kah-na) is co-owner of Wildwood Physical Therapy alongside her husband, Ray. Born in Higashine, Japan, and raised in Hilliard, Ohio, Kana earned a degree in Biology from The Ohio State University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Ohio University.

With 15 years of experience in private practice, Kana specializes in pelvic health and breast cancer rehabilitation. Her clinical approach emphasizes manual therapy, including fascial mobilization, visceral manipulation, peripheral nerve decompression, and manual lymphatic drainage. Patients consistently describe her techniques as gentle, calming, and highly effective.

Kana is a compassionate clinician who fosters a safe and supportive environment for all patients. She is known for her active listening, problem-solving skills, and genuine commitment to helping people achieve optimal health. Often serving as a case manager, Kana coordinates care with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach. She has established strong collaborative relationships with many providers in the Portland metro area, enabling her to deliver well-rounded, coordinated care.

Each session with Kana is one-on-one and 55 minutes in duration, ensuring individualized attention and focused treatment.
