Kana Arreguin

Kana Arreguin (Kah-na) is co-owner of Wildwood PT with her husband Ray. She was born in Higashine, Japan and grew up in Hilliard, Ohio. Kana has a degree in biology from The Ohio State University and her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Ohio University.

Kana has been practicing for 14 years in the private practice setting.  She specializes in pelvic pain, breast cancer related lymphedema, and pelvic and lower extremity nerve pain that has not responded to typical physical therapy approaches. Manual therapy is a large part of her sessions, with a combination of fascial mobilization, peripheral nerve decompression and manual lymphatic drainage. Patients find this approach very gentle, calming, but very effective.

Kana is a compassionate provider who creates a safe environment for all of her patients. People appreciate her active listening skills, problem solving, and genuine eagerness to get people well. She often acts as a case manager to help you coordinate care with different providers to work as a team to help you.  Kana has established great working relationships with many providers in the Portland metro area, allowing her to create a well rounded, multi-disciplinary approach to your care.

Each session will be one-on-one with Kana for 55 minutes.
