You do not need upload your drivers license, but please upload pictures of your insurance card.
Make sure to choose the appropriate therapist:
- Ray Arreguin treats breath work and orthopedic issues (low back, hip, knee, ankle, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist etc)
- Kana Arreguin treats female anatomy pelvic floor, breast cancer rehab, and breast cancer related lymphedema only (click here for male anatomy and click here for non-breast cancer related lymphedema and lipedema therapist recommendations)
You cannot cancel appts online. Please contact your therapist directly with 24-hour notice. Please do not respond to reminder emails/text, we do not get those messages.
